The biggest aqua park in Russia to be open in St.Petersburg

In St.Petersburg in February new biggest indoor aqua park Piterland Aqua over 25 000 sq.m is open. The territory of the comples is covered with a non-flammable film which the owners want to register in the Guinness Book of Records.

According to the web page of the aqua park there are 5 different slides of different levels of complexity, the longest of which is 212 meters long. There is also a swimming pool with artificial waves and whirlpool around. Kids under 7 years old will find small slides, labyrinths, net cages, sprinkles and other means of fun.

There are also 13 different banyas (saunas): from Russian to Japanese traditional, then also a restaurant, a café and a bar. The school of diving will start soon. They also plan to make an outdoor beach with a bungalow and sun beds.

Ticket fee will depend on the hour and on the week day of the visit (from RUB 800 for adults and from RUB 550 for children). The fee includes access to sliding, bathing on the wave pool and a visit of a sauna. Extra fee is charged for the massage and bather services, for food and drinks. The aqua complex is located next to the park of St.Petersburg 300 anniversary at Prymorskiy prosoect.
