The space of ART•CAVIAR is divided into three parts: the author’s cuisine restaurant, a lounge for VIPs and a boutique where you can buy almost two dozen types of sturgeon caviar, delicacies and accessories.

The interior stakes on contemporary art deco inspired by the mid-twentieth-century saloons and liner social events with champagne, jazz music and an atmosphere of refined luxury. In ART•CAVIAR, the atmosphere is created by the details: the reception desk is in the form of a wave, the dominant of the interior is a decorative sculpture of two sturgeons meeting guests in the hall area.

The menu of ART•CAVIAR includes a collection of mini snacks, a set and a main menu of three dozen items. The chef recommends starting with a set menu – ten courses of dishes, each of which represents a particular type of caviar, including a variety of sturgeon: beluga, albino, Russian sturgeon, Siberian sturgeon, stellate sturgeon, thorn, sterlet, bester.

In the wine card of ART•CAVIAR (consisting of 50 names) there are three main sections. The first consists of proven satellites of caviar and seafood – sparkling wines and champagne. In this section you can find familiar and favorite brands, as well as wines of small family wineries. The second incclude wines produced in the Kuban, in Rostov and Crimea, consonant with such an absolutely Russian product as black caviar. The third represented by modern classics of Europe and the New World, where wine lovers will find both traditional and avant-garde names.
