Birch is a gastrobar with signature cuisine, where four chefs work simultaneously on gastronomic novelties, responsible for European dishes with Asian accents.

The interior of Birch is made in high-tech style, but from natural wood – rough, massive, unpainted. It turned out fashionable and daring, but at the same time comfortable. A bright, spacious room pleases with light palettes and pleasant (again, natural, eco-friendly) materials in decoration. Thanks to the large windows on sunny days, here you feel like in nature or in a nice country establishment, although it is located in a busy part of the city.

Asian cuisine is especially revered in Birch. It is clearly felt to a greater or lesser extent in every dish. Moreover, the menu is very compact and democratic. For example, the combination of beef-pickled beetroot-truffle pesto is surprisingly natural in ceviche. The bar card includes an excellent selection of domestic and foreign wines, as well as signature cocktails.
