Braccia is a restaurant where the menu boldly combines the culinary traditions of Italy and Asian countries, and in the setting green summer reigns all year round.
The restaurant’s spacious and airy room is located in the food court area of the Okhta Mall. Light colors are complemented by various shades of green, plants bloom everywhere. In one of the main areas there is an open kitchen and a table with a bio-fireplace. Guests can sit at small tables on upholstered comfortable chairs. The interior is simple, but this is its charm.
The restaurant’s menu will present guests an interesting mix of Italian and Asian cuisines. The hallmark of the institution is pasta of its own production, homemade cheeses, vegetable bread and products from its own smokehouse. Here they prepare a green salad with duck and mango, a bisque with shrimps in coconut milk, a pit with squid and chicken. The classic pasta, traditionally cooked al dente, is complemented by Asian sauces and unusual ingredients.
