Сuisine of ECLIPSE is a symphony inspired by northern nature, forest, local products and the changing seasons. The concept is based on two main principles, two sides of the same coin: the ability to take the best of nature from the season and a wide open view of working with the product. The origins of all living things and an innovative rethinking of the culinary experience.
The menu is presented in two sets, within which you can define the basic notes: appetizer, main course and dessert. But the rest is up to chef of ECLIPSE. Small snacks, complements and transitions will make your dinner unique. We do not just serve dishes, but tell our stories, trying to convey the emotions of each of the team members through the food. The main concept of the dessert card is classic basic flavors in a new form. Layered, sophisticated desserts and the craftsmanship of a pastry chef – experimenting with seasonal products and textures that reflect the mood of the season and the changing nature.
The wine list is our travel book. In each region, we managed to find wines that were always in sight, but remained in the shadows. A true connoisseur is able to see them. Choosing each of the 500 labels now on display for guests, we looked for a memorable experience. Wines that can be the way you want them now: bright, multifaceted, cozy, enveloping, mesmerizing, unexpected, memorable, worthy for ECLIPSE.
