EZO Izakaya is a Japanese cafe with an emphasis on ramen and sushiin the menu, a young team and an interesting interior.
The cafe is located in the city center, but all its bustle is guaranteed to remain outside. The main hall has a calm atmosphere. Gray concrete walls, a slightly glossy floor and a textured ceiling emphasize the simplicity and harmony of the entire environment in the spirit of the 1970s: mirrors in wide frames, furniture made of thin metal and polished orange-brown wood. Minimalistic decor includes several living plants in floor pots, neon hieroglyphs and crystal chandeliers.
The entire menu at EZO Izakaya focuses on modern and non-trivial Japanese cuisine. The izakaya bar format provides a variety of daily food. For example, in the soups section, in addition to a dozen types of ramen, there is tomato miso with smoked brisket and spinach and spicy soup with minced meat and sesame oil. The cafe menu also has sushi, sashimi, tsukemono, gyōza and some main dishes.
The bar list focuses on organic wines and sake. Here you can also try an original selection of Japanese beer, whiskey and signature cocktails based on local distillates.
