Harvest combines calm elegance and the author’s vision of modern cuisine, moderate classic shades in the interior and a riot of fantasy on the menu.

Harvest occupies two floors, united by a fantasy staircase. The second floor is designed for events of various formats. The restaurant is also perfect for romantic dates and friendly conversations. The priciple of interor deecoration is noble modesty: light wood, sand and gray tones, weightless curtains on the floor, comfortable low chairs and naturally-rounded lamps over the tables. The kitchen is open, and guests can watch the chefs at work. In summer, the restaurant opens a veranda.

The basis of the menu are vegetables cooked in many different ways: baked with quinoa, avocado and feta cheese mousse, in tempura, in dough; broccoli pate, asparagus with pesto and parmesan, cauliflower pie with morels sauce. Seafood fans will appreciate scallops with foie gras and halibut in tomato and mussel sauce, while sweet tooths will discover pumpkin cheese with sea buckthorn, coconut cream with raspberries and delicate chocolate ganache with beets. The wine list of Harvest is quite extensive – about 140 positions, and juices can surprise with an unexpected combination of tastes.
