Hitch is not another classic steakhouse, familiar to residents of the northern capital. Among the restaurants in the area it is distinguished by huge panoramic windows and an original concept based on love of meat, style and originality. On 300 sq m we created a completely new gastronomic story.

Of course, the headliner of the restaurant is meat of young bulls from the Bryansk region. It is presented in all possible varieties: classic tartar, author’s carpaccio, juicy ribeye steak with a thin edge of fat, non-traditional flank steaks, flat iron steaks, skirt steaks and other specials for real men appetites.

At the same time, we rightfully consider ourselves to be vegan friendly: the menu features original “non-meat” dishes. The team of the restaurant Hitch – the most stylish bearded people of the city, who knows what love is for well-cooked meat.

Hitchniki with good appetite loves to watch sport broadcasts of football and hockey matches. In the restaurant there are 8 large-ascreen TVs, a separate room for the groups up to 15 people, a contact bar, favourite drinks and hearty food for real men appetites.

Hitch restaurant is one of the few restaurants in Saint Petersburg where you can try dry-aged steaks. The highest quality meat is kept in a special chamber for several weeks at a certain temperature and humidity and as a result gets the most vivid and rich taste. This is a unique gastronomic experience, which is definitely worth getting.

Tartar, lamb rack or chopped steak – to any dish on the menu we will find the perfect wine to go with. In Hitch you can try rare and exclusive wines, for example, from the Sicilian winery called Judeka from the region DoCG Cerasuolo di Vittoria.

Also, Hitch is a restaurant with Belgian beer, which we collected from the best breweries around the world. Here on tap you can find the gentle “Gordon Five” lager, the light abbat ale Affligem with a note of bitterness, Bourgogne de Flandres that was aged in Porto barrels and several varieties of fruit beer. Also in the beer menu you will see about 30 bottled varieties from Belgium, United States and United Kingdom.

Every month our restaurant hosts gastronomic events, for example, tasting evenings like “Beer and Meat”, “Wine and Meat”, “Whiskey and Meat” and master classes accompanied by our brand-chef.
