There is always an atmosphere of light idleness in which you can feel beyond the everyday life, enjoy delicious dishes, original drinks, friendly staff and an atmosphere of carelessness in the middle of the boiling city bustle. The menu of Koza Dereza offers ceviche from dorado, fish soup with sterlet and smoked mussels, rabbit liver pate with toasts, homemade sausages, pizza from the oven, live crayfish and mussels straight from the aquarium. In a separate section, many original mini-snacks for wine and beer are collected – from tapas to author dishes with elements of molecular cuisine – a real feast for gourmets and experimenters. The bar card includes about a dozen beer taps and 70 wines.
