Lindfors is a restaurant with a non-trivial concept in the historical center of St. Petersburg, which offers day and evening menus and signature pies in Russian traditions.

The restaurant is located close to the main cultural attractions of St. Petersburg in a building with a century and a half history. The creators of the project carefully reacted to the historical premises: they carefully removed the plaster from the walls and the vaulted ceiling, opening the old brickwork, installed cast-iron batteries, and placed the electrical wiring inside the elegant brass tubes. The walls were decorated with reproductions of city landscapes by Vasily Sadovnikov and Karl Beggrov, in a place of honor is a portrait of the general and war hero of 1812, whose name is the restaurant. The muffled light of the lamps is reflected in the mirrors placed in the window walls.

The restaurant’s laconic and original menu is based on European and Mediterranean traditions, makes extensive use of traditional products from the North and Far East of Russia and modern approaches and technologies.
