The basis of the menu consists of classical Belgian specialties: the legendary Brussels and Liege waffles, burgers and sandwiches, Belgian fries, snacks and Flemish mussels cooked in several ways. Meat and fish are prepared on the grill according to both classical and author recipes. The menu also includes popular European dishes.

Beer card contains more than hundred carefully selected varieties of bottled and draft beer, each of which is served in special glass. One of the best collections of Belgian beer in the world includes rare trappist beers, unique ales, and famous Brussels gueuzes and lambics. There are some American craft ales and excellent samples from Russian breweries.
