Maui is a restaurant that offers authentic Hawaiian and Polynesian cuisine, generously complemented by Panasian and the Mediterranean dishes, original island drinks and spices.
The restaurant’s hall is spacious and the interior of it is simple: pale blue and sandy-cream walls, decorative luminous boxes with palm trees, posters in thin frames, a miniature bar counter underlined by even brickwork. The blue, biege and white armchairs and sofas are provided for guests’ comfort. The composition is completed by pillows, translucent colorful curtains and simple lamps with conical lampshades.
The menu of Maui includes Hawaiian tacos with spicy steak and pineapple, Hawaiian ribs and tuna tataki with jalapenos, California roll with spicy shrimp and scallops with chicken, thick chili soup with the addition of Hawaiian pineapple and Siamese curry with duck, kimchi with beef and tom yam, pork with chestnuts and filet mignon, thin-crust pizza and poké with salmon. For dessert guests can enjoy branded smoothies and sweet banana-kiwi roll, chocolate cake with coconut and popsicles. Fragrant tea with mashed exotic fruits will be an interesting addition to the meal.
