As a result, we have a high-quality beer and wine list, an original menu, visits of foreign chefs and a variety of master classes. And we are definitely not going to stop!
The interior of Must can be called restrained and calm, but exactly until the moment when your gaze encompasses a two-story wall, completely painted by calligrapher Pokras Lampas. The art object created by him enlivens the space, adds “spice” and at the same time awakens the interest of guests. We are not bragging, but Must is the only place painted by Pokras Lampas inside, not outside.
The menu of Must is based on food that meets the main trends, but at the same time is understandable and accessible to everyone. For example, turkey liver pate, known and loved since childhood, with brioche and grape honey, or rapane, which reminds of seaside vacations, with young cabbage on charcoal. For lovers of unusual combinations, we offer tart camembert on a josper with grapes on salted honey and cheese ice cream. For those who prefer more “homemade” dishes, we serve farm chicken breast with chanterelles and fresh spinach. Another feature of the menu is seasonality, so that the guest can always find something new.
