The stylish Otto Pizza & Wine restaurant offers authentic Italian pizza, prepared according to authentic recipes and all the splendor of Mediterranean cuisine.
The restaurant’s interior is filled with warmth and comfort: muted tones, many wooden shelves in the form of drawers hanging in random order on the wall, light light chairs and blue velor sofas with many bright pillows. A metal stove is also located right in the hall, so that guests can see the cooking process and enjoy the warmth of an open flame.
Pizza in Otto Pizza & Wine is cooked in the traditional way – in the Morello Forni wood-burning stove, specially brought from Italy. Real Neapolitan pizza is cooked only in ovens where the temperature reaches 450 degrees, so the dough is crusty and soft inside, and the toppings are not overcooked. To achieve such an effect in an electric furnace is simply impossible. The dough for a real Neapolitan pizza is made from special flour and infused for up to 48 hours. As a result, pizza from this dough is very easy to digest. You can eat a whole pizza and still feel great! In addition to sauce and cheese, a Neapolitan pizza can have one, maximum two ingredients, so that you can feel the taste of each product as well as possible.
Otto’s menu, in addition to pizza, has a lot of interesting things. There is, for example, a light salad with sunflower kozinaki, lentil paste, a variety of pastas, sous vide steak and signature mutton roast. The latter, by the way, is also cooked in a wood-burning stove. The restaurant also offers delicious desserts from a friendly patisserie.
The wine list of Otto Pizza & Wine was compiled especially carefully, preference was given to high-quality wines with a bright character and good price. It turned out great, all the wines are hits, and the prices are very pleasant.
