The Porto Maltese is the freshest seafood that comes to the Northern Capital of Russia twice a week on board of the special plane in freezing containers. The impeccable quality of delicacies is the matter of our pride and the distinctive feature of the restaurant.
The first thing that appears infront of the guests is an enormous showcase with seafood cocktail – more than fifteen varieties of fresh fish and shellfish. There are sparkling fish, scallops, fresh oysters and lobsters in the large aquarium. Here you can try delicious dishes of inhabitants of the deep sea such as red mullet, gurnard, sole, bream, sea bass, pogry, dory, monkfish, perch, turbot, swordfish, umbrine, tuna fillet and wings of ray. We offer you to try rare pacific mussels. However, the last ones are so popular that connoisseurs make them out in just a few hours after the flight arrival.
The Porto Maltese provides you with almost unlimited options of serving seafood. Guests may choose the size of the fish or the quantity of shellfish and the cooking method. There are variations on all tastes: grilled, steamed, in sea salt, in parchment, in the oven, etc. You are welcome to experiment, and the waiter will recommend you the best way to prepare delicacies.
