Golden brown and hot like the sun pyshka will “push” your mood up. Still hot from the oven, pyshka should be cooled down with one of the drinks – we are serving sweet Crimean juices from three-liter jars, lemonades “Duchesse” and “Barbaris” from cone-shaped tubes, milkshakes and brewed coffee with milk, just as in the past.

Pyshka is a type of fast food which makes you feel good. In just three minutes your pyshka, generously sprinkled with powdered sugar, is on the plate. You are burning your fingers and your heart stops with delight. Take a look around: you are at home among strangers. With a simple move you shake the snow-white sugar powder off your clothes.
