Robata Bar is the first reastaurant with famous Japanese robata grill in Saint Petersburg.
The very concept of Robata Bar is based on the robata grill, which history began long ago in the fishing villages of the northern island of the Hokkaido archipelago. Thanks to the three-tier design, the robata allowed the fishermen to cook various products at the same time, bringing them to the desired condition.
Having reached our times, the legendary grill has suffered some changes, however, it has retained its main value – the way of cooking dishes on the robat is considered to be gentle and useful.
Grilled dishes are not all that Robata Bar has to offer. There is also a favorite classic of Pan-Asian cuisine in the menu: sushi, rolls, tataki, soups and wok.
