Lunch was included as part of our excursion in St. Petersburg. But this wasn’t a typical lunch stop. The food was excellent and I discovered how delicious borscht is! Service was professional and everyone spoke English. I probably will never get back to St. Petersburg but I highly recommend Romeo’s to those who will.
