Texas BBQ has finally arrived in Saint Petersburg. Brisket, pork & beef ribs, pulled pork, and free range lamb smoked daily.
The kitchen of Smoke BBQ is helmed by the owner Aleksei Burov and head chef & pitmaster Aleksei Kanevskiy. Check out the large professional wood-fired smoker from J&R (Dallas), birch logs, high-quality local prime beef (even steak cuts and amazing burgers on the grill), and as a result you get the most important meat & BBQ destination in Russia.
The bar has 20 taps of the best local and American beers coupled with a remarkable collection of bourbons and wine selected by co-owner Pavel Kokkov.
Smoke BBQ is even designed in the style of a classic Texas restaurant, with concrete walls, red leather sofas and an impressive wall panel made out of beer cans to look like the Texas state flag.
