Snetki is a snack bar with modern Japanese cuisine, relevant average check and panoramic windows in the very center of St. Peterburg.
Despite the fact that the snack bar is small, Ginza Project attracted ambitious resources for its creation. Japanese chef developed the major part of the menu, and the suppliers deliver premium quality seafood and fish. Among other things, here you can find different items like Sakhalin scallop, Kamchatka crab, Scottish salmon and Pacific blue tuna.
The wine list was created by professional sommelier who picked up many excellent positions including Grand Cru wines. Asian lobby is represented by plum wine, Chinese craft beer, Vietnamese fresh juices, Japanese whiskey and gin. There are a dozen items in sake line variety.
