All major culinary events take place in a large open kitchen where meat is cooked over an open fire in one of two ways: churrasco or grilled.

Churrasco method is unique because the meat gets rubbed with a mixture of spices, marinated and fried on a skewer. The menu is organized around two main sections: Argentinean Churrasco and American Grill: all varieties of meat are included! The food is fascinating with straightforward simplicity and is served on large rugged trays. Choose what your heart wants – Kansas City ribeye with BBQ sauce and coal baked potatoes or Mexican tacos generously stuffed with porchetta and coleslaw? Meatballs in thick tomato sauce with basil and stracciatella or a healthy salad with quinoa, dates and couscous? Choose a drink for this meat paradise – craft beer or wine offered here at reasonable prices. You may not have enough capacity for a dessert, a green match cake with grilled pineapple is on the sweets list.
