Sushki na Makushke is a small cozy cafe, the idea of creating which came to the head of the Ginza Project team during a trip to Southeast Asia and Japan. Fresh seafood, an abundance of spices and seasonings, as well as dozens of different cooking techniques – we decided to take the best that the variety of Asian cuisine is ready to offer.
The interior is made in the style of a Japanese or Korean city cafe: colourful walls with graffiti, minimalist furniture, authentic Asian details in the interior.
Japan introduced us to what right sushi are, how to eat sashimi, and what real wasabi is. Korea and Vietnam taught how to cook famous Asian soups. Thailand has changed our view on the way of making noodles and authentic Tom Yam. Malaysia showed how to combine cuisines from different countries together.
The menu of Sushki na Makushke includes sushi, sashimi, and of course rolls, including vegetarian and author varieties. In addition to Japanese positions, our cafe offers various woks to choose from and the most popular national soups of Asian countries: miso soup, Pho Bo, Tom Yam, ramen, guksu and many others. For connoisseurs of unusual drinks, the cafe offers various Japanese lemonades.
