Syrovarnya is a rustic cheese restaurant.
The two halls of Syrovarnya reflect the rustic concept only partially: leather chairs, candles on the tables. However, tables of rough unprocessed wood and a large amount of greenery, which definitely echoes the main idea of Syrovarnya – simplicity.
Cheeses are prepared in our own cheese factory, but European technologies are taken as the basis. Mozzarella, burrata, stracciatella, ricotta, caciotta, halloumi – this is not the whole list. It is not surprising that cheese is an ingredient in every second course in this establishment. By the way, they are as simple as possible here, for example, on the menu there is a salad of radishes and cucumbers with poached eggs, rabbit stew with zucchini, red bean soup, and farm chicken. There are sections with wood-fired pizza, pasta, risotto and bruschettas. An unimaginable riot of new tastes is happening in the desserts section: persimmon with coffee cream, plum crumble, pie with fresh strawberries.
