Tamashi offers guests a special restaurant concept with Japanese and Pan-Asian cuisine – with a contact bar, an abundance of nooks and a completely modern assortment of drinks.

The interior of the place is made in neutral colors: gray textured concrete, light wood, golden details, lighting. The spacious hall is zoned in such a way that, while maintaining the integrity of the space, several secluded zones have formed. On the walls in such corners carps and blooming sakura are painted, there are sofas with velor upholstery and light chairs. In the center – a contact bar for 5-7 people, where you can pass the time, watching the preparation of complex dishes and talking with the masters.

There are almost three dozen variations of sushi on the Tamashi menu: classic, spicy, baked, and even without rice or nori. Rice and nori are not used for Tamashi’s branded roll, it is based on several types of fish – tuna, salmon, sea bass, and bright daikon radish accents. The main hits of the menu are a roll with eel and truffle caramel or a fire-soaked tataki roll with microgreen. Popular positions like Philadelphia are adorned with special accent accords. Instead of Philadelphia cheese, we put cream coconut inside, thanks to it the rolls are more tender, and the taste is brighter and more interesting. Sushi, nigiri sushi and sashimi are served so beautifully and aesthetically, as if it were not food, but works of art.

In addition – spicy tom yum and spicy kimchi, warming miso and original fish soup with lemongrass, duck leg with orange and sea bass fillet in vongole sauce, beef medallions and a warm salad with eel. For dessert, matcha tiramisu and mango and lychee cheesecake are offered.

Tamashi is a great choice for dating or meeting friends, relaxing on weekdays and weekends.
