The Sizzle is a restaurant where the minimalism of the atmosphere will captivate any perfectionist, and the author’s multi-European menu will appeal to any gourmet.

The minimalist interior of the restaurant is distinguished by the correctness of the lines and attention to the texture of the material. Panoramic windows, laconic furniture made of natural materials, original lamps made of wood and brass and elegant details create a special atmosphere. The restaurant has 49 seats, including a chef’s table for up to 7 people next to an open kitchen, in the summer open a terrace with 39 seats.

The chefs’ in The Sizzle approach is expressed in experiments with combinations of tastes and bold presentation. On the menu, modern European cuisine is harmoniously diluted with Asian touches. In the main section, the emphasis is on dishes prepared in josper. The unique wine list contains interesting specimens from the best biodynamic farms in the world.
