Tootsie is a democratic meat restaurant with a signature brisket from the best barbecue specialists in town, a variety of steaks and a large beer list.

The owners thought through the design of the bright hall with an open kitchen themselves. They gave the walls and the restored tiles a modern look and complemented it with wooden elements – all to support the theme of the barbecue and smokehouse.

The Tootsie menu includes American and European dishes, and the main ingredient is meat. The smoker and the preparation of the brisket – a cut of beef from the breast or lower chest specially stewed for many hours – is the responsibility of a dedicated chef who has studied the canons of Texas barbecue in the United States. The whole menu is divided into seven thematic sections: salads, soups, main courses, burgers, smoked meats, steaks, desserts.
