The menu is based on such favourite, healthy and scrumptious dishes of Russian cuisine as Russian salad “Olivier” with roasted quails and crayfish, chicken Kiev beef stroganoff, homemade pelmeni and a range of other dishes created by the chef. There is also a special menu of mini-snacks – “amuse bouche menu”.

The extensive and sophisticated wine list boasts more than hundred kinds of wine. It has a focus on spectacular, largely European wineries which have yet been less known in Russia.

Visitors speak:

“Vino&Voda” is a very nice place to eat. The food is classical modern cuisine. Really tasty and flavoursome. Attentive staff and good wine list. Inexpensive for such surroundings. It’s a sizeable hotel restaurant, and some buzz can disturb you while eating. Worth visit.

“Wine and water” is not a bad restaurant for lunch or dinner, but it is best for the breakfast buffet! Our breakfasts were absolutely wonderful as we could help ourselves and pick and choose what we wanted. The wait staff will always offer you an omelette or something that is not on the buffet, but be aware that those items do cost extra (they also have an a la carte menu). The buffet was more than plenty for our family. I highly recommend the pancakes (bliny) with jam. If you are staying in “Indigo”, it is not necessary to search for other places to eat.
