Zabegalovka is a democratic place that was a continuation of the Hitch meat concept. Burgers with marble beef, spicy chicken wings, “Bloody Mary” on the tap and craft beer – everything is here for guests to eat quickly, without losing in taste and quality. There are 30 seats and an open kitchen – you can watch the cooking of meatballs and steaks in real time. Waiting for the order takes about 10 minutes.

Buns for classic burgers (with beef cutlet) and branded ones (with intercostal meat) are baked in the Zabehalovka every day. Meat and potato croquettes, meatballs in arrabiata sauce, chicken wings and chicken legs with chili sauce, hot dogs and roast beef sandwiches, as well as Machete steaks are also cooked here. As a side dish, you can take coleslaw, potato salad, french fries or potato wedges.

In Zabegalovka you should definitely try “Bloody Mary” (there are alcoholic and non-alcoholic options), which is poured from a special dispenser in the form of a skull. In addition, there are 3 types of draft and 6 types of canned craft beer, soft drinks, raspberry juice and hot drinks.
