Nice location, fantastic building, but need to improve service and food quality (I found it was too ordinary and simple, nothing exceptional)

We enjoyed our meal at “Palkin” very much. The service was very good. We were four people and it seemed like we had own waiter for each. Live music (piano) and the food were great. My guess is that this is one of the better restaurants in St. Petersburg.
